you know…when you feel extremly anxious, extremly scared like weights pulling you down, head full with things you dont wanna deal with but cant even stop yourself from thinking and no matter what you do to distract yourself you still feel pressure and the bad thing is you cant talk with someone about it cuz there’re just no words to describe how you really feel and you end up getting mad over people beacause they just dont understand you?
